Buyer's Guide

Front Range Business, Inc. works closely with you, the buyer, and offers guidance and education at every step in the process. At the beginning, an interview is set up between you and FRB to establish your criteria and to determine your financial, technical and business abilities. A Confidentiality Agreement, Brokerage Disclosure, Financial Statement and Buyer Profile are completed at this time. Your criteria are utilized to identify potential businesses of interest. Once a listing is identified, we provide you with all of the information that you will need to understand the opportunity and to make a sound decision.

Following your research of the business under consideration, a visit to the seller's facility is arranged. FRB works with you in developing offers. A contract is then prepared and made available for review by your attorney and accountant. FRB acts as an intermediary in negotiating the details of the contract between you and the seller.

Many business owners have been thinking about selling for a long time. They just haven't done anything about it. Some are concerned about confidentiality issues and are afraid to list their business.
